1. General Standard of Finality All transactions, financial acquisitions, and orders finalized through the integrated checkout channels of this website are bound by a strict standard of finality. By authorizing a financial charge via our third-party payment infrastructure, the Customer enters into a binding agreement confirming acknowledgment that the services or digital assets provided are specialized and custom-built or digitally distributed. Consequently, except where explicitly provided for within this document or mandated by the consumer defense statutes within the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
2. Exclusion of Digital Assets and Custom Configurations Because our operations deliver specialized, immediately accessible, or custom-tailored assets, the right of retraction or standard consumer "cooling-off" periods is completely void. Once delivery of service, software rendering, digital files, or custom creation begins following the processing of the payment link via PayHere, no reversals can be executed. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to review all details submitted in the Google Form prior to clicking the payment gateway link. Mistakes made during form submission do not constitute valid grounds for chargeback or refund requests.
3. Exception Vectors for Resolution In the rare event that a transaction experiences a catastrophic technical failure, an unauthorized duplicate billing sequence, or a complete failure to deliver the agreed-upon asset due to system fault, an investigation may be initiated. Customers must file a formal investigation request within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial transaction timestamp by emailing the active administrative channel listed on our Contact Us page. Any request submitted outside of this strict timeframe will be permanently barred from consideration.
4. Mechanism of Approved Reversals If an investigation concludes that a transaction reversal is validly warranted, the recovery of funds will be executed strictly in accordance with local banking procedures. In full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and payment network regulations (Visa and Mastercard), refunds can only be credited back to the exact payment method, credit card, or bank account used during the initial checkout phase.
Under no circumstances will cash, alternative digital wallets, or third-party bank modifications be permitted for the return path. In alignment with PayHere's system architecture, please allow a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) local banking business days for the transaction reversal to reflect on your credit card or bank statement.
